The problem with reviews is that they're naturally subjective, which is why the beauty of a multiple review system is that we get a variety of different perspectives on the game. Hiring a single person to do the reviews would leave the review system at the mercy of a single viewpoint, which would be really boring, not to mention bad. Plus a multiple review system is really great for feedback.
