theory 1: the man was riding home from the super market on his bike and decided to stop by a phone booth to make a call to his 9month pregnant wife to check on her and found out she was in labor. the news of it shocked the guy that he jumped up, banged his head on the window with such force that his skull cracked open spilling blood all over the place making him unconscious and breaking the window.
theory 2: a sniper from outside of the scene aimed at his head but missed and instead grazed a certain point in the head rendering the man unconscious, breaking the window, and causing alot of bleeding.
