Ususally the amperages are right down low, so the voltages just fly across the dead skin layer, not doing much damage. But if the amperage gets a little too high, you get something like spiderweb scars appearing after a week or so. In addition to the brain damage, heart palpatations, nerve tissue death and other assorted ailments.
