If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Ooh, that is a ruinous bug - thanks for reporting it, you shouldn't have been able to get more than one from the fountain. Getting more than two ogre's tears will prevent you from getting past the ogre's head. Reloading an older save would be your best bet.
