Even though he is really annoying, Star Wars fans like him, so how is that a let down?
mildly put, star wars fans hate jar jar. jar jar is a really really bad special effect, and very annoying and unfunny.
the new movies do suck in comparison to the old trilogy... where they should have been awesome, they were at most adequate.
