Well actually it is a form of neglect. You are simply neglecting your responsibility to come up with some of the ideas. It is the creators responsibility to come up with most of the ideas. Don't get me wrong. Community input is a very good thing. But did C++ and C# use community ideas only? Did Dink Smallwood? What about the great Final Fantasy series? Lord of the Rings? Discworld? Star Wars? The Matrix? No, of course they did not. The creators lived up to their reponsibility and come up with most of the ideas themselves. When I send in some material for my books to the publishers it will be mostly my ideas. Even if it gets published it will still be mostly my ideas, with some from my editor as well... in other words it will mostly be the ideas of those behind the project, rather than the community. Very little will be ideas of others, even though I will get others I know to read it and give me advice. Since Windemere is your project you should and must come up with at least some of the ideas for ALL areas/parts of it. This is because in anything that involves creativity that is the only true way to bring out the full creative potential of any project since its creator(s) know more about it than any one else.

It is just simple logic and common sense, not to mention reason. When something is one or the other it can never be simply ignored without being given decent consideration. When it is two of them it should be given good consideration. When one is all three it must be given full consideration and thought about seriously.

Just trying to get you thinking about it by using the three cousins of logic, common sense and reason. If you disagree with me then fine, that is your prerogative.
