It is possible to "decompile" (actually decompress... i don't know how secret that is) .d files, but no program for that is available for download. Maybe you could ask an expert, hehe.. i know some have made that type of program.
EDIT: Do you want to edit the original Dink story files? Don't forget that the source is included in the freeware release, inside the "develop" folder.
