Reply to Dink.ini Rewrite Update

I have made a updated vwersion of the Dink.ini rewrite and sent it into redink1(it is called Dink.ini V1.1. These updates include:
1. Significant updates to the Readme file, including: a contents, a version history, a warning., installation instructions, uUninstallation instructions, a few notes, a section on the future of the Dink.ini Rewrite, and a way to contact me with suggestions, questions or problems you have had with the Dink.ini Rewrite. Also a few other minor changes have been made to the Readme file.
2. I also made a few minor changes to the Credits file.
3. I added quite a few unused slots I missed in v1.0 of the Dink.ini Rewrite.
Hopefully he will put it up soon.
Oh, and I tested Hance's problems and I didn't see any evidence of them.
