I don't smoke either (It's expensive and doesn't do much good to you either).
However, I strongly doubt that shouting at people will make them realise smoking is bad and they shouldn't do it. Drawing up the "amazing threat" that smoking poses to our world is usually not the way to convince a 13-year-old. As for what is, I wouldn't know. But I know for sure that saying "It's dangerous" doesn't work.
