To be honest scratcher... it was pretty funny.
In England you can drive when you are 17, but I think they are increasing it to 18. Which is silly.
17 makes more sense, because (in theory, if not in practice) you get a year to practice driving before you try when you are drunk.
Sabre doesn't drive though. Hell no. Sabre walks everywhere. The rambling fish, they call me. Though that could refer to another kind of rambling... ho hum.
