There may be a reduction of military personnel in Iraq, but the U.S. is certainly not pulling out.
We will have military there for years to come, and in large numbers.
Regardless of who the president is next January, don't count on the U.S. bailing out of Iraq. With Kerry as president, the numbers would remain the same, if not increase, but the way things are handled, and who is involved (meaning UN and others nations) would definitely change. It's really a shame what has become of it -- But,while I support the soldiers over there, I have grown tired and angry at Bush and his non-diplomacy.
