The dream was supposed to be "become all you can be", and many imigrants flocked to america for its freedom to become. As one cynic pointed out, the dream has turned into "Have all you can get". With all the ambulance chasing lawers and baseball players who pout if they make less than $20M/year, its easy to be a cynic, but hey, its the only country in the world where a poor black boy can grow up to be a rich white b**ch.
