Yes agree. This state is the least populated and we drive quite a ways to get places so when you're partying, there HAS to be a designated driver or time for someone to pick you up or other sensible accommodations. Still, most serious drinkers ignore that basic rule which is why we are close to the top of the list for number of deaths by drunk drivers.
So yay for the judge in this case and may he rule forever. If I had to choose whether this picture-carrying might cause stress to someones psyche or my sons, husband, mother, etc lying in their grave, then I choose ....

The picture carrying. I would hope that every time they want to drink, that picture pops up in their mind's eye. It's a pyrrhic victory that the bereaved should not have to endure.
And yet, still, the morally-deficient drinking
son of a she dog is going on with their life while uncountable other's lives are shattered.
