Get real! Not noway nohow. It would be the most disastrous thing ever to happen outside of the cataclysm when dinosaurs disappeared. Nuclear and atomic bombs going off?? They wouldn't do it and neither would we but if everybody agreed to fight without the bombs, we would kick butt. And if they used bombs, they and all of us would lose! No winners. The subject is a no brainer.
