If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Do you see white numbers above him when he gets hit? If not that must be a bug. If I remember there is a pole you can hide behind, might help. It all else fails, go outside and beat up more pillbugs until you level up and get more strength. Remember not to leave the screen while a monster is injured, when you come back it will be healthy again
