Ouch. 19? that's just painful. Almost as bad as going of cellphone. (14.4) That's what my dad does. heh.
And you know what I really hate? The line to get whatever it is that uses fiber-obtics, runs 300 meters from my house, and the telephone exchange thinge/whatever and they won't hook my hamlet up.
It's so infuriating sometimes....
