Reply to More Improvements Made

Some little improvements have been implemented.
* Some time zones have been added to the Current-Time listing in the Preferences page. I don't know any others, and I couldn't find a list on the internet.
* A 'Clear User Data' link has been added to the Change Preferences page, which clears the user/pass/e-mail cookies.
* You can see how many hits each message has in non-threaded mode, and you can reply to each message individually.
* You can see which users have viewed the board in the past 10 minutes on the main index.
