It appears that RT_JP.WAD was bundled on a shareware compilation CD called Power CD-ROM 10 Shareware (Doom2/WAD). The similarity to Jurassic Park extends no further than a background MIDI and a few sound effects while also featuring SS. There's also a MIDI folder on the CD containing a rendition of The Blue Danube that likely ended up in Dink.
