Will they just bite the bullet and choose one ending as canon? Or can they somehow weasel out of it?
They might be able to weasel out of it by using the fall of NCR that they established. I imagine with the lack of NCR control over the strip and with Caesar's Legion most probably already destroyed, there wouldn't be much else to work around other than deciding if Mr. House is alive or not. Other than that, they have quite a bit of space to make new characters and maybe even factions.
