Try downgrading to Dfarc 3.8.

I had an issue with Dfarc taking forever to install and package dmods, I downgraded to 3.8, it fixed it. Funnily enough it was after 3.8 the changelog states that pack and extract time was improved, but for me it broke it. So I dunno, worth trying that
