My Super Rare Mixtape Vol 3 arrived today. It does look pretty nice. I didn't realize that it is designed so you run the games right off the USB stick (which seems clever).
I can confirm that there is audio commentary - but it is very minimal. It's just over 2 minutes, outside of the game, and it includes Seth speaking a little bit about how (and why) they created Dink Smallwood.
We do get a bit of a shoutout - "[Dink] still has a somewhat active community making new add-ons".
The concept art gallery is also minimal (only two images), but I don't think I've seen them before. For example, there's a "Wizard Isle' concept on graph paper.
I'm a bit hesitant to share these artifacts - maybe in a few years, after the mixtape is sold out and completely unavailable.
