Change is constant, but Constants do not change. 
What version are you using? I got to that point and I thought would be stuck but, I just waited a while and was able to move.
I'm using Freedink 109.6
BTW, there are lots of more glitches to be stuck with, and I hope Silberfarben fixes this. I really wanna play it!
