If you're stuck at the beginning, then look around for two wooden fence and spacebar or inspect ( if you play mobile ) both gates, then ask the guy at the fire for help and he will give you a key to the north gate. Be ready to fight because the screen locks multiple times. After that, the game starts being a little bit easier.
