: I guess I started programming in HTML Which was very easy after I went out and bought a 20 odd pound book. Looking back, I shouldn't have bought it... nevermind though...

: Anyway, I then programmed in DinkC Which as you know isn't hard and you all know it anyway!

: I then had a sudden craze for programming in C/C++ and once again bought a book on learning it. I still study C++ as I've left C but to study C++ is now hard as I have NOT GOT MICROSOFT VISUAL C++! AND! I don't have BroadBand so I can't download it... Awe s**t...

: I later found a clone of Visual Basic and began to learn a bit about that...

: The first programs and stuff I made were... in order...

: A website - HTML

: D-MODS - DinkC

: Frenchie Numbers - C++

: Frenchie Words - C++

: Kill the frenchies - C++

: Mystery Texts - Visual Basic Using VB Clone

: Mystery Texts And Pictures - Same as above

: Heehee, that's it really! I also know some PSDL that is used in creating cities for MM2. That doesn't really count though does it...

if you're looking for a free compiler, get gcc for windows. free, and it works! does C/C++, pascal, and a few other things, if you get plugins for it. it is NOT an IDE though, there are free ones of those as well
