If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Which is wrong, because of Daylight Savings Time. The best thing to do is configure the board to your current time, check the events for the time it should be at, and then check the board one hour before you think the chat is. If there's no announcement, then the chat is probably an hour later; if there's an announcement an hour old, then the chat is starting immediately; and if there's a fresh announcement, it's in an hour.
