The current 69.5 megabyte COTPAD.pdf is wonderful, and I count myself among the members of our community that are very grateful for your efforts here (and in the Dink Network generally too!).
However, I do have a few suggestions:
1) On the cover page, use a dual title and give yourself some credit too, like this:
The Dink Smallwood Anthology
or
Crazy Old Tim Plays All the D-Mods
Written (mostly) by Tim Maurer
Edited by Dan Walma
Special thanks to: (various interviewers, etc.)
2) Make the index into a series of links into the body of the text so that one can jump to a section of interest. (Note that if you have already done this that the links do not work in either xpdf or the evince document viewer under Ubuntu Linux 14.04.)
