All the midis in my DMODs have been done by someone else, so too the wavs. Heck, most of the scripts were based on the dink originals.

I've modified original dink graphics, used textures I've found on the web to generate graphics - even used some free 3D models as a basis for some sprites (after some modification) - in fact Crusty and the Cow creature in SOB were images I got from some obscure newsgroup - I believe made by a Japanese artist although I never could find out who.

Games are pop-art. Pop-art and pop-culture draws on varied (hmmm maybe "any") mediums, with multiple cross-referneces. So... lines are bound to be blurred. I stick a copyright on my DMODs, because I believe that my manipulating, rearranging and reconfiguring other art/work puts my stamp on it. Is that so wrong? Who knows. I know I don't.

Just my 2 cents...
