Well....yes, but.... First you would have to set sp_speed(...). But it won't 'walk', it will just move while swaying back and forth which probably isn't what you want.
Perhaps you could explain a bit better about what it is that you are trying to accomplish. You might be going in a strange direction. Do you already have dink set up? You can walk around and hit things etc...? Why is it that you want to create another dink graphic?
