can't flim flam the glim glam 
you've got to gather the attunement stones and place them around the tall standing stone at the end of the valley dungeon. of course, if your magic is less then 10, you won't be able to charge them. afterwards, the tall standing stone will be activated and you have to bind yourself to that stone (for returning to the dungeon or the town later). from the town, go east until you find the bureau of fish markets. jane will tell you that the town has been in an economical rut since the ray martians invaded the world, so you have to go to their local base to take them out. once you're there, you'll fight a bunch of enemies, and fight a boss. kill the boss. you'll be captured and taken aboard a starship where you have to find the cockpit and take control so you can get back home.

you'll meet joombo who will join your team. use joombo's control aesthetics ability (has to be level 3), to gain control of the ship and also open the magitek crates for some potions and a tech sword. equip the sword because when you crashland on your homeworld, you'll lose your inventory, but not your equipment. you'll learn at this point that your bag was stolen by some critters called the flamboyant brobles. you can choose to hunt them down for your items and gold, but you don't need to. you'll find a caravan who will take you back to the town you were captured at but on the way back, some martians will beam down and try to raid the caravan. defend it and defeat the martians.

when you arrive back at town, joombo will tell dink that he will be hated there since he's a martian, so you have to leave him behind to find some clothes for a disguise. give the disguise to joombo and follow the signs to the fish market. on the way there, a crazy bum will pull off joomo's fake beard and the villagers will swarm you. after a long cutscene, you will teach the villagers to accept joombo and you can finally get the fish market. but once you get there, the fish market has flown away so you ask joombo if the starship can be repaired. now you have to go and collect a bunch of rare items to repair the ship.

once that's done, board the ship and find a stowaway from the village named sam. she'll join you too despite dink trying to throw her off board (boobs entice dink and even joombo). joombo says he needs his brain combobulizer to connect to the starship's port and activate the hydro lasers. so, teleport back to the town attunement stone (choose the dungeon), and go to the martian base that joombo talked about. you'll fight another boss here, but he's much easier with the extra damage from joombo and sam. grab the brain combobulizer and teleport back to town.

go to the starship and connect joombo to the laser ports. you'll enter a sidescrolling shooter stage that should take you around 5 minutes. at the end is another boss. after the stage, joombo will say his brain combobulizer is failing so you land on an asteroid. joombo will go to the starship's lab and begin repairing the brain combobulizer. sam will offer to play a game of solitaire while you wait if you want.

after 10 minutes, joombo will head back to the cockpit and you can talk to him to continue the quest, or you can explore the ship and find that joombo left the lab unlocked. inside is an upgrade for the tech sword which increases its damage by +4 and gives it a neato blue pulsating glow. you can also find a space suit and go outside where you'll find some enemies and a rare enemy called mandy who is one of the end-game optional bosses. try not to get too close because if you do, the screen locks and you'll fight him. once you're back on track, you'll enter another sidescrolling level and another boss at the end. after that, the fish market comes into view. it's being pulled by an alien dreadnought which you board. at the dreadnought, find your way to the top deck where you'll fight a space kraken.

the space kraken will be defeated, let go of the fish market, and dink will teleport the party back to town before the martians can attack them. now, just go back to the fish market and you can begin selling fish...after getting a fishing permit which is a few dungeons later, but you were just asking how to get to the fish market, so i won't go into detail.
