no seriously... i agree that taking someone else's work and taking credit for it is way bad, but it also depends on who they are. i would NEVER take someone else's work from teh DN, and use it, without including them in the credits first, and asking them if they haven't released it forst. however, I frequently take graphics from other games, such as NWN, baldurs gate 2, etc. etc. etc, and never worry!
