Haha, no. Those games that are purely dependent on RNG are just RNG. Like Binding of Isaac. People say it's tough, but it just depends on if you get some good stuff on a run and just what the rooms are like.
Still have to guess what all those stupid cards do though, but it's all random chance which ones you get and what enemies you fight.
