If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
It's probably because you're using 1.06.
1.06 doesn't run gravity simulation as well as 1.08 or 1.09 and sometimes you'll just fall through. I didn't miss it per say, but it's a 1.06 issue and I can't fix 1.06.
