If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
If someone's going to get promoted to a file moderator, I recommend magicman. You never really see him around, but he's always there when you need him. Plus, you can just go into chat and poke him to accept your file if you feel it's taking a while. There you go, promote magicman 2015.
