Hi,
FreeDink seems to be better than v1.08
Thanks.
1. Alt-F4 does not close the application. Unlike every other application in Windows. I know that it's all open-source and Linuxy whatnot, but it should at least follow the rules of the operating system it's running in.
That's working directly in windowed mode but for full-screen that requires some more specific work.
Aside from that Alt+F4 is also used under GNU/Linux so no need for the attitude.
2. Likewise, if you Alt-Tab out of the window while the mouse cursor is active, it steals the mouse from all other applications.
1. No additional 4:3 aspect ratio resolutions. I mean come on, it's 2014, why can't we get the option to set up the resolution into like 1024x768 or 1280x1024.
2. No borderless fullscreen.
These are a limitation in SDL1 which should be fixed with the next SDL2-based version
A development version is testable as scratcher mentioned.
4. On rare occasion, moving with the keyboard results in Dink moving in a direction the player didn't press. I've seen this happen about 3 times over the past week, and could be related to pressing three arrow keys briefly?
I never seen this, I can't say.
Cheers!
