I live in America, what happens in Australia is up to the Australians. I mean, would you like it if I signed a petition that would influence the country greatly, in a less than pleasant way, that caused only suffering and anger?
Besides, I doubt my signature would be of any help, as I have no idea who wants what in Australia, and until I actively go there and learn the culture, likely never will beyond second hand stories via the internet.
Yes but this affects Australia in a positive way.
For example if There was a petition to HELP prevent rape in Africa I will sign it because im not selfish.
