If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Try reinstalling Dink in some other place than Program Files. Windows is pretty strict on security for files in Program Files, so if you want to edit stuff you're better off not putting it in Program Files, at least that's my experience.
Personally I've installed Dink in C:\Games\Dink Smallwood
If you've done so as well you copy the skeleton you're using into this directory so your DMODs directory becomes something like C:\Games\Dink Smallwood\MYDMOD In this folder you find the folder Story, which contains all of your scripts.
