Please Cindy, say the whole name each time. 
It's actually called Windows Explorer and you've got it open in that screenshot you posted. It's the window that says Libraries > Sword > Dink Stuff at the top.

Windows Explorer is the graphical way to move around the directories (or "folders") on your drives in Windows. Double-click "Computer" on the left pane to get a list of your drives and some other things we won't worry about right now.

Your main hard disk drive should be drive C:, so double-click that. You'll then see all the directories on the "root" of your drive. I see that you're using Windows 7 or Vista. In Windows 7, there's a folder directly on the root called "Program Files," which is where Dink installs by default.

I don't mean to insult you, but I don't know how you've gotten as far as you have if you don't know this stuff.

Edit: actually, there is a "File Explorer" as well, but Windows Explorer is what we're concerned with here, I think.
