Well, actually I didn't.
The warp-flux capacitator and time machine bit comes from an ongoing joke me and my friend have about this muppet I know, who talks non-stop about all the gadgets his car has.
The time machin part also comes from a episode of Futurama, where they find a hippy van, and upon the question "Where is the time machine?", a bong is promptly whipped out.
