Posting anything that isn't inane crap would be a good start. Also, forming coherent sentences is something people with an average IQ are usually capable of.
I would be disappointed if Dack were banned or became a normal person. Well, I guess I'd accept slightly more normal. But I like his randomness and incoherence.
