The best way to cut down on teenage pregnancy is to show them the realities of it, show them how screwed up their life becomes because they can't keep their pecker in their pants.
That has been shown to be a very ineffective way of birth control. People are evolved to want sex, and they will do it. However, some idiots who don't believe in evolution, both in political parties and religious organisations, are against effective means of birth control, for reasons which I don't understand even remotely.
I mean, during sex about 280000000 sperm cells are sent on their way to try to produce a baby. Best case (from a "pro-life" standpoint), all of them but one will die. This is fine, according to those people. But that one extra is a huge problem, and it's murder...
