What Kyle said. We really don't have any order in this place, as of recent. It would be nice if the staff members would have some more powers. Maybe a banning power, and the ability to give other people (peasants) some more powers, in certain situations? 
And I also agree about the Shevek situation. He is such a respected member, it is a shame he is not able to get an account.
