Dont get me wrong I play hours and hours of games lately and really enjoy it - just at some point you have to realise real life isnt a game and you have responsibilities and things to do - sitting in front of a computer all day doesnt get you involved in life and at some stage if you want things to change then yo have to do something different 
Theres heaps of video games and a huge market because so many people want to experience escapism, reading a book isnt as good as seeing it or being immersed in it/another world where you control everything that happens. Thats also not living if you do it 24 hours a day. I love mah computer but I also love that =I can get up and walk away from it as well.
