Anyone heard of A Slower Speed of Light?
It's a game made by MIT in which you wander around an area collecting orbs - the more orbs you collect the slower the speed of light gets until it slows to almost walking pace. As the speed of light slows you start to see all the related effects such as the Doppler Effect, time and distance going screwy and more.
Made me feel slightly sick after playing for 15 mins on top settings
Quite amazing though.
If you like odd games or are interested in physics and relativity, take a look!
There is a bug with some integrated Intel graphics cards which means you won't be able to play it (it crashes after the intro).
I had this but found a way around it - right click and choose a different GPU. Screenshot
Edit: For some odd reason the Doppler effect is slightly visible right at the start. I guess light is pretty slow to begin with...
