What kind of speech? What's the purpose of it? It's kind of difficult to reply anything meaningful without knowing any details.
But anyway, dmods sounds like an easy subject to talk about. You could mention that people have released hundreds of add-ons for the game, maybe talk about how dmodding has changed over time, or what kind of impact popular dmods have had, or whatever. Or just talk about some single dmod you have played at more length as an example, to meet the time limit for your speech.
