Bugs. Sounds obvious, but even if it's mostly harmless things like hardness errors it makes me worry that the d-mod hasn't been tested well, and then every time I get to a place where I'm not sure how to proceed I worry that it's because something broke.

Playing a DMOD while being afraid that you might break something when you try something strange really removes the fun out of a DMOD. Testing thoroughly really is the one way to go...
