If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Hmm...I have WDE+2 on my desktop and my D-Mods in the Dink folder and it can read them fine. When you go to "Open" in WDE what does it say? Try running dink.exe to make sure it knows where to look. Same with DFArc.
