Exactly, Schnapper. They didn't completely understand the language, so they made the mistake of calling "Gods" as just "God". Everything else as to why the Bible multiplies God is just an excuse. It's said that it's just a mistake in writing, so on and so on. Bullcrap. First we have all these religions with multiple Gods, then comes the Bible that clearly states there's more than just one God, then it's changed later so people would actually believe it's just a mistake in writing. The chances that it meant one God is one in a million.
