Those of you interested in RPGs or especially JRPGs may like to know that Septerra Core, a well-regarded PC game from several years ago, is on sale for $2.39 (USD) on the Good Old Games service today. (edit: removed prior link, sale price on that item is over, though something else may be on sale as you are reading this: GOG Home)

I can't attest to the greatness of the game itself, since I never did get around to purchasing it after playing the demo so many years ago, but I will be purchasing it now and hopefully playing it soon. It's also worth noting that this is part of a series of daily discounts from GOG running through July 25, I think.

What are some of your favorite old video games, particularly on PC?
