Yeah, I find bench pressing kinda overrated too. I do it about now and then. Usually I just use those gym machines, or if I haven't got money to to the gym, I'll just make up some other ways of exercising.

EDIT: Dear Google has provided me with an answer. 235 kilos would be 518 pounds, which seems quite a much considering I know how much it weights. I know I couldn't have lifted more than around 470 pounds by any chance, which would be around 215 kilos. 15 x 2 would be 30, so I guess I messed it up.
