Oh look who shows up for the first in half a month from his "personal life".
1. There can never be too many site features. IP ban feature is not something you can do. What you can do, is bother Dan long enough to actually do something about it.
Also, if you put someone more active on the staff, files and reviews would be approved in the matter of hours. Maybe even minutes.
2. Well, obviously you WERE the RRR guy. You created it, you showed that you took responsibility over it. Then you suddenly leave and NOBODY TOOK CARE OF IT. This shows that people indeed did think you were the RRR guy. And you let people down.
3. And imagine if you were currently the only guy in staff. You approve reviews whenever you are online? Looking at your longest absence in recent times, this means one's review could be pending for half a year.
4. Personal life. Blergh. I don't give a crap. It disgusts me. And I'm also not going to chance who I am to just be in the staff. If the staff don't like a certain person, and don't put him in the staff because of that, that's their problem. They just show how stupid and pathetic they are.
I would say you are a failure at life. But I am the failure at life in this case. And only a person who's a failure at life can make a great site host or a staff member.
